Hannah Murray (she/her)

Hi, I’m Hannah and I live in Oxfordshire.

My illustration work has a core theme of storytelling. I love playing with visual storytelling elements such as composition, colour and type. I have been able to explore these areas during the MA by developing my understanding of various printing techniques and collage.

Since completing an Art Foundation at The Stroud School of Art in 2016, I have worked on illustration commissions, and as a workshop leader in illustration and storytelling.

My focus on storytelling comes from my background as a linguist, an oral storyteller and a primary school teacher. I have worked and trained with The Story Museum and The International School of Storytelling.
