Jennifer Baranowska
(She/her)
Jen is a London-based illustrator and writer with a background in fashion illustration with clients including Mulberry and Jaeger. After the birth of her first son, her love of children’s books was rekindled.
Jen loves both writing and illustrating, sometimes bringing the two together and sometimes letting them stand alone. She enjoys exploring different ways to tell stories, guided by the belief that there is always more than one side to every story. Her work focuses on humorous, thoughtful narratives that entertain both children and adults.
She is particularly interested in developing her visual language and finding innovative ways to strengthen narrative through illustration. Her work is fuelled by curiosity, storytelling, and a steady supply of cake.
